services to public and private sector organizations in the manufacturing, environmental, energy, and
mining sectors. She is a certified project management professional (PMP) and an experienced program manager leading support services to federal programs and private clients. Ms. Joyce has managed
annual budgets ranging from $3 million to $10 million. To hone her management and technical skills,
she volunteers for community groups such as the Butte Natural Resource Damage Restoration Council
Mark Mariano is a specialist in the fields of native plant revegetation, restoration ecology, and riparian/aquatic ecological monitoring and identification. Previous work includes a variety of ecological restoration projects in Western Montana, California, and Nevada. More recently, he helped develop a comprehensive, science-based waterfowl monitoring procedure for the Berkeley Pit.
Mark received a Master’s degree from Montana Tech with a focus on restoration ecology and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Montana College of Forestry and Conservation. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Montana Tech where he teaches a variety of biology and ecology-related courses.
